With deep roots in experiential marketing and environmental design, Heffinger Studios services both commercial and residential clients nationwide.

Whether we’re styling a home or designing a brand from the ground up, our goal stays the same: to simplify the process, elevate the experience, and help people live and show up in spaces where our clients and community can truly thrive.

About Our Founder

Holly Heffinger, our Founder and Lead Designer, drives our creative vision and style across the studio. She built her career in advertising co-founding Chicago-based experiential marketing agency, OutCold, in 2010. Throughout her career, she led strategy, design and development of award-winning spaces and events and for Amazon, Nordstrom, Pandora, Topshop and Toyota.

In 2022, after selling her advertising agency, Holly made the pivotal decision to shift her focus towards interior design. Coming from a colorful life in advertising and a (very) energetic family, she firmly believes in the power of creating naturally beautiful spaces that both inspire and relax.

Holly lives in Glen Ellyn, IL with her husband, two children, two pups and a kitten. When she’s not designing for clients, you’ll find her working up a sweat sourcing antiques or practicing hot yoga.
