New Build, Timeless Soul

When this client brought us on board, their vision for their new build was clear: they wanted more than a beautiful home, they wanted one that felt lived-in, loved, and full of soul. Our goal was to pull everything together and give the space the layers, charm, and personality it needed to truly come alive. The result is a kitchen that balances modern brightness with rich, grounded materials, a place where crisp white walls meet warm woods, and where every texture tells a story. It’s a space made for gathering, storytelling, and making memories across generations.

Though the house is large, our clients wanted it to feel cozy, approachable, and rooted in the life they’ve built together. With a well-traveled background and a home full of collected pieces, the design needed to honor their history without feeling heavy. That meant open layouts that still feel intimate, a palette that balances clean and classic with depth and warmth, and furnishings that are elevated, but never off-limits.

A Formal Office That Still Feels Relaxed

Just off the main living space, the office strikes a similar balance. Though our clients are retired, they still needed a spot to handle the day-to-day business of life—calls, bills, correspondence, and the occasional quiet moment to read or reflect.

We kept the space light and collected, with layered textures and personal pieces that add character without overwhelming. It’s formal enough to feel focused, yet relaxed enough to feel like a continuation of the home’s overall warmth. Like the rest of the house, it’s elevated but never unapproachable.

Because good design shouldn’t just impress, it should welcome you home
